Srinagar, May 3: A doctor was beaten up by some “miscreants” in Sub District Hospital Pampore on Tuesday.
Eyewitnesses said the “miscreants” attacked a Physician specialist this morning when he was attending patients in the Out Patients Department. “The doctor received injuries and was shifted to Srinagar for treatment. One of the three accused attacked his head with a Blood Pressure apparatus without any reason,” they said adding ‘When other doctors tried to save him, they too were attacked by them’.
Police have registered a case and manhunt has been launched to nab the culprits.
