SNEA for upgrading BSNL infra, services in Kashmir

Srinagar, May 3: The Sanchar Nigam Executives Association India (SNEA) today stressed the need for upgrading the BSNL infrastructure and services in Kashmir. At a central executive committee meet here today, the SNEA raised various issues and problems confronting the BSNL in Kashmir, a statement here said.
The team also discussed issues like financial viability of BSNL and its customer care. During the meeting an open session was held under the chairmanship, A R Bhat Circle president J&K circle.
General Secretary SNEA G L Jogi who was the guest of honour on the occasion stressed the need for strengthening the infrastructure of BSNL. “We have to improve our customer care and upgrade our equipments. Today the Nigam is fully equipped with man power but equipment is not available. We have to resolve these issues on priority to provide better services to the customers,” Jogi said.
He also highlighted the responsibility of unions and associations for taking keen interest in all the affairs and development of BSNL.
