JK Bank opens 3 ATMs in a day

Srinagar, May 5: J&K Bank dedicated three Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) to the public today one each at Khankhah Moula and S R Gunj here and at SK Police Academy Udhampur, Jammu.
Director, SKPA, Ashok K Gupta (IGP) inaugurated the ATM at SKPA, Udhampur. While the machines at Khankhah Moulla and S. R. Gunj were inaugurated by Abdul Hamid Banday, Bank’s Zonal Head Kashmir (Central).
Gupta on the occasion thanked Mushtaq Ahmad, Chairman & CEO, J&K Bank, for installing the ATM at the Academy “within short span of time” and termed it as dream coming true.
“ATM was urgently required in the Academy and it will benefit not only staff of the academy but also more than 1000 trainees shall be benefited,” he said.
Ab. Hamid Banday, Zonal Head, Kashmir (Central) while speaking on the inaugural function of the ATMs at Srinagar stated: “We are firmly committed to ensure that our customers get world class banking services at their door steps. We constantly strive hard for bringing in revolutionary changes in delivery channels for customer convenience.”
SR Gunj Beopar Mandal President, Haji Assadullah Mir thanked the bank’s management and the Zonal Head for installing ATM in the vicinity, “which will ease lot of problems for all especially the trading community.”
