Traffic mess: Need to find a solution

With Durbar Move just a few days away, the traffic scenario in Srinagar is worsening. The mess on the Airport Road is indescribable. It takes at least two to three hours to reach from Lal Chowk to Airport. On return, the vehicles are allowed to move though dusty road which connects Airport Road with Sanat Nagar. The Economic Reconstruction Agency has made a mess of Srinagar. For the past few years, it is just digging up city for its failed drainage projects. The drainage projects have already shown pathetic results in many parts of the city where the drains have chocked. And now the roads have been dug up. The entire city has been dug up. It is better for the state government to cancel all the ERA projects and allow the R&B to do the work. People are suffering due to traffic mess.
