‘Sheikh-ul-Alam park to be developed as amusement park’

Srinagar, Oct 31: Minister for Rural Development Mnday said the Sheikh-ul-Alam park in Shaher-e-Khaas would be developed as an amusement park.
 An official handout said: “He instructed offices of SMC to develop Sheikh-ul-Alam park as an amusement park so that the children of the area can enjoy this facility fully.”
 The Minister also instructed them to ensure proper fencing of the Park and Jinazgah.           
 He was on a visit of his constituency along with a team of officers.           
 Chief Engineer, UEED, Director Floriculture HP Singh, officers of Srinagar Municipal Corporation, Social Welfare   and other departments accompanied the minister.
