Gani Memorial Club beats Khanyar Club

Srinagar, Nov 15: In the ongoing Srinagar Youth T-20 Cricket Tournament Gani Memorial Cricket Club Rajouri Kadal defeated Khanyar Cricket Club by one run in a nail biting encounter.
Batting first Gani Memorial team was bowled out for 111 runs in 18 overs. Muzaffar top scored with 24 runs while Ubaid contributed 18.
Chasing the target of 112 runs, Khanyar Club managed to score 110 for the loss of eight wickets in 20 overs. For Khanyar Latief was top scorer with 52 runs. However, despite his heroics, his team failed to win the match.
Ubaid claimed two wickets for the winning team and was declared man of the match.
The tournament is being organised by District Police, Srinagar and played at Kashmir University Ground.
