SKUAST kicks off 21-day trg prg

Srinagar, Nov 15: Directorate of Extension Education, SKUAST-Kashmir in collaboration with Indian Council of Agricultural Research kicked off a 21-day training programme on ‘‘Extension Strategies for Dissemination of Need Based Agricultural Technologies’.
 The training programme was inaugurated by Dr Tej Partap, Vice-Chancellor yesterday at SKUAST Conference Hall.  The VC said the purpose of the programme is to boost the knowledge and increase the personal skill of the scientists.
 During the programme, 66 lectures besides practical demonstrations and field visits for participants have been arranged.
 Dr. Afifa S Kamili, Director Extension Education on the inaugural session spoke on the changing agricultural scenario.
