JIM organises mountaineering camp in Yousmarg
Srinagar, Nov 16: The seven day mountaineering camp organised by Jawahar Institute of Mountaineering (JIM) in collaboration with Yousmarg Development Authority (YDA) is going on at Yousmarg.
The camp, which that started on of November 12 is first of its kind to be held at Yousmarg and is aimed at promoting adventure tourism at the picturesque place. The camp has been specially organised by JIM and YDA for the local youth of the area and a good number of male as well as female participants along with local school children are taking part in the camp.
The Jawahar Institute of Mountaineering and Yousmarg Development Authority are also being assisted by Manager JKTDC and Tourist officer, Yousmarg, in the organization of the camp. The Yousmarg Development Authority has also started Zorbing adventure sport at Yousmarg recently.
