New Colony Makeen Bagh seeks transformer

Srinagar, Nov 19: The residents of New Colony Makeen Bagh, Naag Bal in Elahi Bagh area have appealed the Power Development Department to install a separate transformer in the area.
 A delegation of the residents said they were being fed by a transformer feeding some other locality. “This has overloaded the transformer and the voltage remains low,” the residents said.
 “We have been running pillar to post to get a separate transformer installed but till now we have failed,” the residents said.
 They appealed the Chief Engineer, PDD to look into the matter at an earliest.
