Zaffar for AFSPA revocation

Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir Salvation Movement chairman, Zaffar Akbar Bhat on Saturday denounced New Delhi’s apathy to revoke the draconian laws including Armed Forces Special Power Act (AFSPA) in Kashmir.
Zaffar was addressing a meeting of party leaders and activists here.  He said the sacrifices of people would not be allowed to go waste at any cost. He demanded immediate release of all political detainees including JKSM incarcerated leaders: Sabzar Ahmad Dar and Riyaz Ahmad.
Zaffar welcomed the resumption of dialogue process between India and Pakistan, saying that it was right time to focus on the resolution of Kashmir issue.
