INTERNET CONNECTIVITY AFFECTED

GK NEWS NETWORK

Srinagar, Nov 21: The residents of south City have complained of problem in internet connectivity, for the services provided by BSNL and Tata Photon.
While the BSNL’s broadband connectivity is affected for the past three days, the TATA photon subscribers said, the link was poor for the past around a week.
“It’s really a sorry state of affairs that even the helpline doesn’t inform anything about the issue other than saying ‘broadband is down’,” said Ghulam Muhammad a broadband net surfer from Bagh-e-Mehtab area.
Zahoor Ahmed of Barzulla said the Photon service was so slow that he couldn’t check his inbox.
Despite repeated attempts, the concerned service providers couldn’t be contacted for comments.
