Scholars matter

This refers to "Campus notes-Scholars matter” by Showkat Ahmad Ganaie (GK 21 Nov). The author has highlighted some of the core problems faced by KU scholars. I completely agree with him that 
‘scholars  really matter' and can prove to be  a great human resource for developing nations .Issues like accommodation problem for researchers, long research completion time, less investment on scholars are the burning issues which require to be addressed without any delay.
