Weak who?

This refers to Mustafa Kamal’s statement branding Chief Minister Omar Abdullah as a “weak” and “insecure,” administrator. Why is Mustafa Kamal making such a statement after being ousted from the party by the president Farooq Abdullah. There are no two opinions in what Kamal is saying. Undoubtedly, ‘governments are not run from the cozy office chambers.’ But whom is Kamal saying all this to? He has been often targeting New Delhi for one or the other thing. But he must set his partymen right. They are all still enjoying power even when New Delhi is calling the shots. Why is NC tolerating this? Can Kamal answer all this?
