Registration powers

The Government decision to transfer the registration powers to Revenue Department is a welcome step. The agitation by Bar Association Jammu against this decision is irrational and out of context. Courts being overburdened directly hinder the speedy adjudication of cases. The lawyers being an elite and representative class must think positively in the larger interest of the society.
