Maruti Suzuki dealerships hold job fair
Srinagar, Nov 29: The Maruti Suzuki dealerships in the Valley in collaboration with and support from Industrial Training Institute Bagh-i-Dilawar Khan, here held a job fair.
In a statement here today the dealerships said: In the current scenario of network expansion by authorized dealerships of Maruti Suzuki in the valley, the availability of technical manpower has become the major challenge.”
“In order to meet the requirement of technical manpower and create a platform for employment this job fair was organized,” it said.
The participating channel partners of Maruti Suzuki for the event were Jamkash Vehicleades Kashmir Pvt ltd, Highland Automobiles, Peaks Auto Private Limited and Rahim Motors and in total 83 ITI students participated in the Job fair.
Irfan Ahmed, Chairman Managing committee of Institute & MD Jamkash Vehicleades Kashmir Pvt Ltd, Ranveer Singh Kalra, Area Service Manager(J&K),Maruti Suzuki and Farooq Ahmad Khan, Principal ITI spoke on the occasion.
The job fair was a grand success and in all 43 offer Letters were issued to the selected Candidates by the panel of respective dealerships on the spot.
The Initiative was well appreciated by the candidates and “we will be conducting such Job fair in future also.”
