Aryans holds industry-institute interaction

Srinagar, Oct 10: As part of its industry–institute interaction programme, Aryans College of Engineering, Chandigarh organized an industrial visit of its students to RMC Plant of ACC Limited.
The purpose of the visit was to make students aware of various practical manufacturing aspects.
This visit took the students to the production site of ready mix concrete and its quality control. Students visited various department of the company including Manufacturing, IT, Marketing, Human Resources, Research & Development and Finance, the college in a statement said.
Around 100 students from Civil and Mechanical Department participated in the industrial visit.
Hardeep Singh Gill, Plant Manager , Nardeep Guleria, Marketing Assistant Manager, Ajay Kumar Yadav, Senior Tech Officer and Shaibanhish Hussain, Assistant Manager sales & marketing interacted with the students in the company.
Ajay Kumar provided the students an insight into the working of the company. The students were allowed to have a look into the various stages involved in the process of manufacturing.
Each group was accompanied by an official from the company who explained each and every stage of the process involved.
Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group said that the industrial visit at ACC was informative and helpful in providing real life exposure to students.
