Manage mess

This refers to a burning issue of traffic mess about which much is being written. There is a need to build more fly-overs so that the rush could be managed better. Though we have some in the city, but given the crushing burden we are witnessing here, we need more such flyovers. Moreover there is a need to have underground parking as it's getting choked from everywhere. Once there was a time when having a vehicle was considered to be a privilege, but now it has turned out to be a nuisance. It's everyone's duty to make sure that traffic flows smoothly on our roads so that we don't choke our space, ourselves.
