Court issues non-bailable warrants against BJP leaders
Jammu, Oct 18: A local court here has issued non-bailable warrants against state president of Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) Shamsher Singh Manhas and former party MLA Bali Bhagat in a defamation case filed by former cabinet minister of Congress Pandit Mangat Ram Sharma.
In the complaint filed by Sharma, it has been alleged that on October 3, 2007 when he was a cabinet minister in the state the accused persons leveled serious allegations against him, in a press conference, in an attempt to tarnish his image and defame him in the society.
