Middle aged man stabbed

Jammu, Oct 1: A middle aged man was today stabbed with a sharp edged weapon (krich) following a verbal dual in Nanak Nagar here, official sources said.
They said that Paramjeet Singh son of Amrik Singh was intercepted by some persons, with whom he had some old enmity. The two sides exchanged heated arguments before the victim was attacked with a sharp edged weapon.
The assailants fled from the spot leaving the victim in pool of blood. He was rushed by the locals to Government Medical College hospital.
While the police have launched a manhunt to arrest the culprits, the condition of the victim was stated to be critical.
