Kathi Darwaza community hall to be centrally heated, air-conditioned

Srinagar, Oct 21:   Minister for Revenue and Rehabilitation, Raman Bhalla Friday said the upcoming Community Hall at Kathi Darwaza, Rainawari would be equipped with central-heating and air-conditioning.
 The Minister said this while addressing a gathering while inspecting the construction work on the community-cum-marriage hall at Kathi Darbaza being constructed at the cost of Rs 4.70 crore by the Custodian Department.
 “On the occasion, the Minister was informed that Rs 20 lakhs have been spent on electrification of the building while Rs 3.65 crore stands spent on Civil-cum-sanitary works.  He was further told that Rs 88.5 lakhs have been spent on steel truss works-cum-compound walling- cooking shed and slaughter house,” an official handout said.
