KEA threatens agitation

Srinagar, Oct 22: The Kashmir Economic Alliance today threatened to launch “massive agitation” if government failed to resolve the issues of contractors.
 Condemning “police action” on Jammu and Kashmir Central Contractors Coordination Committee, chairman KEA Muhammad Yasin Khan said the contractors were highlighting their genuine demands which should have been “conceded without using force.”
 Khan said the Alliance supported the contractors at this juncture. “If the government fails to resolve their issues we will launch an agitation against it,” he said.
