Chib for providing technical education to JK youth
Jammu, Oct 23: Minister for Medical & Technical Education, Youth Services & Sports, R S Chib today emphasized the need to train more and more youth from J&K in the field of Technical Education.
Addressing an annual day & prize distribution function of Jamwal Group of Educational Institutions here, Chib also stressed upon the role of Private Organization in attaining the specified goals in various fields. He lauded the role of Jamwal group of educational institution and congratulated the management of group for achieving very high standards in education and other co-curricular activities.
The students of the colleges presented scintillating cultural bonanza on the occasion which received great applause from the audience. Saraswati Vandana, Group Song, Fashion Show, Indian Classical Dance, Dogri Dance, Western Dance, Gidha, Mask Dance and Bhangra were main attractions of the event. The performers of such items added mesmerizing glamour and color to the function. The Qawali, Skit and performance of Band also enthralled the audience.
Chib distributed trophies and certificates to the students who have excelled in academics, sports and extra co-curricular activities.
Prof. Rajive Gupta, Director, Colleges Development Council, University of Jammu, Farooq Khan, DIG Jammu-Kathua Range and N.H. Malik, Secretary, SBOTE, J&K government were the guests of honour on the occasion.
