Fare hike

This refers to recent bus fare hike. Daily mess between passengers and conductor is a routine now. One has to think ten time before opting for a bus. A journey which can take minutes takes hours. Passenger offers  four rupees from stop to stop conductor argues and demands five. There has to be some regulation.
