Natnoo is secretary SIC

Jammu, Oct 29: Jammu and Kashmir government has appointed Atta-ur-Rehman Natnoo, KAS, as the secretary of State Information Commission.
 Sources said that GAD issued an order, last evening, transferring Additional Deputy Commissioner Doda A R Natnoo and appointing him as secretary SIC. He has been replaced by Ghulam Nabi Balwan as Additional Deputy Commissioner Doda.
 The SIC is already functional after government appointed GR Sofi as Chief Information Commissioner and Sudesh Kumar Sharma and Nazir Ahmed as State Information Commissioners.
