5-RR holds camp for patients

Srinagar, Oct 30: Army’s 5-Rashtriya Rifles Battalion (JAT) under the guidance of 3 sector RR organised a medical camp in Lar area of Ganderbal district on Sunday.
 According to a defence communiqué the camp was another people friendly activity by 5-RR. “Displaying excellent synergy between Army and civil administration, in addition to three army doctors, six civil doctors including two lady medical specialists and one dental doctor treated 1480 patients. Medicines worth more than Rs three Lacs were distributed.”
 Commanding Officer 5-RR Col Adarsh Butail interacted with the locals and promised conduct of more such camps in remote areas. “During the interaction with the CO, people ensured all cooperation to Army,” it added.
