Hakeem Yaseen to boycott LA session
Srinagar: Peoples Democratic Front (PDF) Chairman and MLA Khan Sahib Hakeem Muhammad Yaseen Monday staged a walkout from the Legislative Assembly and decided to boycott the ongoing session owing to ‘indiscipline’ in the House.
He said that legislators failed to live up to the expectations as they could not discuss anything constructive.
“I have decided to boycott the session from Tuesday as we could not discuss the public issues. People had lot of expectations from their representatives."
"Unfortunately their pressing concerns were not redressed due to power and party politics played in the House,” he said.
