Principal Boys HSS Hariganwan suspended

Kangan, Sep 10: Director School Education Kashmir, Shagufta Parveen has placed Principal Government Boys Higher Secondary School Harigawan (Kangan), Nasir Ali Malik under suspension. According to a Cultural Education Wing, the Director was on a surprise visit to the school and found the principal unauthorizedly absent from duty and in fact missing since September 7.  Director School Education has also ordered the constitution of an enquiry committee to probe his conduct and other lapses, CEW said in an official communiqué. Director also paid surprise visit to other government schools in Kangan Ganderbal and took a note of their functioning.
