Farooq to head e-governance prog

Srinagar, Sept 13: Srinagar Municipal Corporation officials on Tuesday said Farooq Ahmed Bhat conceived the proposal for e-governance which under execution for the civic body.
 Bhat is working as Senior Informatics Officer and assisting the Commissioner in the execution of the hi-tech project, they added.
