Kishtwar, Sep 13: While almost all the detainees arrested in connection with HuJI e-mail claiming responsibility of Delhi High Court blast have been released, Jammu and Kashmir police have finally registered a formal case in this regard under various provisions of Panel Code, Information Technology Act and Unlawful Activity Act.
 Sources said that the police have released all the persons, including two school students, detained for questioning as the mystery behind the mail remained unsolved. However, some of the suspects have been asked to remain present before the investigation officer.
 “They are being called as and when required but presently nobody is in custody”, a police officer said here.
 Sources revealed that the police have also registered a case against unnamed persons. “An open case was registered under FIR No 238 of 2011 under section 153 A, 120 RPC, 66 ITAct and 13 ULAA”, sources said.
 The FIR states that the Kishtwar police was informed by its counterpart in New Delhi that investigation of an e-mail claiming responsibility of the blast has been traced to Global Cyber Café in Kishtwar.
 The investigation has been entrusted to a Deputy Superintendent of Police.
