Guv administers oath to Justice Kalifulla

Srinagar Sep 18: Governor NN Vohra, administered the oath of office to Justice FM Ibrahim Kalifulla as Chief Justice of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court at a ceremony at Raj Bhavan here this evening.
The Warrant of Appointment of Justice Kalifulla was read out by the Registrar General of the High Court.
After administering the Oath, the Governor congratulated Justice Kalifulla and wished him a very successful tenure.
Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, First Lady Usha Vohra, Speaker Legislative Assembly Muhammad Akbar Lone, Ministers, Judges of the High Court, State Chief Information Commissioner, Director General of Police, Advocates, senior Civil, Judicial and Police officers and family members of Justice Kalifulla were present at the Oath Ceremony.
