Tuman is chairman HBOA

Srinagar, Sep 20: Prominent houseboat owner Muhammad Azim Tuman has been elected as the new Chairman of Houseboat Owners Association, the HBOA election commission Tuesday evening announced as the daylong electoral process concluded.
 Tuman will succeed Manzoor Ahmed Wangnoo, who remained the caretaker Chairman for around two years. Wangnoo however, wasn't in the fray.
 Ghulam Muhammad Pakhtoon has been elected as the Vice-Chairman of the association while Hameed Wangnoo is new General Secretary. Rafiq Karnai has been elected a Secretary, the HBOA people said.
