Sagar releases publication on Hazrat Bulbul Shah (RA)

Srinagar, Sep 23: Minister for Rural Development, Panchayats, Law and Parliamentary Affairs Ali Muhammad Sagar on Friday released a special publication on Hazrat Bulbul Shah(RA) at the Shahr-e-Khaas shrine.
An official handout said: “The grand and impressive function was held at compound of Hazrat Bulbul Shah Shrine and Hazrat Sultan Sadder-u-Din’s mausoleum.”
On this occasion, Chairman Hazrat Bulbul Shah Trust Khawaja Farooq RenzuShah welcomed the Chief Guest, Director Tourism Farooq Ahmed Shah and others including Molvi Naqib, Chairman of Min-Hajul Islam, Sajjad Nisheeen and Chairman Makhdoom Trust Peerzada, Shahid Jeelani Makhdoomi, Moulana GH Keing Author of Bani Irfan, General Secretary Bulbul Shah Trust, Ali Muhammad and Nazir Ahmed, Chairman, Bonvent School.
RenzuShah expressed “satisfaction over the belief of the people of the area and devotees of the Shahr-e-Khas who have great faith in Hazrat Bulbul Shah.” He also hailed the facelift of the shrine by Tourism department.
He added that Tourism department should “play its role in developing the compound of Sultan Sadder-u-Din Rinchan Shah.”
Sagar while speaking on the occasion said: “We should follow the universal teachings of Islam which are based on egalitarian concept”. He said that by doing so “we would be contributing our bit in propagating the message of peace and mutual brotherhood.”
“The Sufi’s and saints have always propagated the message of peace, mutual co-existence and tolerance towards other faiths which should form basis of our living”, the Minister said maintaining that it was “duty of everybody to see to it that this message is disseminated in such a way which would be helpful in ushering an era of peace and tranquility in the state and world as a whole.”
