JK enters quarterfinal

13TH SENIOR NATIONAL CYCLE POLO C'SHIP

Srinagar, Sep 24: The J&K Senior girl’s Cycle Polo Team booked place in the quarter finals of the ongoing 13th senior national cycle polo championship at Jodpur.
 The team played three group matches in which they registered one wins, one draw and one loss. They defeated Bihar by 7-0 , draw against MP by 2-2 and lost against Kerala by 5-2. They will play now lock horns with AP in the quarterfinal.
 Zareena and Sajjada scored 6 and 5 goals respectively for the team in three matches.
 The championship is being organised by the Rajasthan Cycle Polo Association under the aegis by Cycle Polo Federation of India.
