Police hosts Stress Management workshop

Srinagar, Sep 24: A stress management workshop was Saturday held for police personnel at police station Rainawari, a police handout said.
 “About 100 police personnel of different ranks were counseled for management of stress at work. Police force that has faced the maximum brunt of work related stress especially in the last few years of law and order problems,” it added.
 The Stress Management Team headed by Dr Muzaffar Khan gave a detailed presentation on understanding, identification and management of stress.
 “Later counselor Aijaz Ahmad demonstrated techniques to manage stress of day-to-day life.”
 Dr Muzaffar said Stress Management HelpLine has been established by J&K police for the people of Jammu and Kashmir as a 24x7 service and is managed by professional counselors round the clock.
