US military chief’s statement on K-issue encouraging: JKLF ( R)

Srinagar, Sept 24: The Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front ( R) chief patron and executive director of Kashmir Centre, Brussels, Barrister Abdul Majid Trumboo, has described as encouraging the US military chief Mike Mullen’s statement in which he has clarified that the resolution of Kashmir issue is essential for regional peace. Mullen said all the countries of the region had to focus on the Kashmir issue to avoid the nuclear war in the region, adding that due to this issue the peace of region is at stake.  Tramboo, according to Front statement, has said the whole world is now stressing for resolution of Kashmir issue. He urged the European countries to take concrete and practical steps to persuade India to resolve Kashmir issue without further delay in accordance with the wishes and aspirations of its people.
