Xanad Club lifts Volleyball Tourney

Srinagar, Sep 26: Xanad Volleyball Club defeated Reban Volleyball Club in a high voltage final match of open Volleyball championship tournament at Zaloora Sopore on Sunday.
 In the tense final Xanad  Club won by 3-2. 16 teams from across the state participated in the one-month long tournament. The tournament was organized by NIS coach Rais Ahmad and the locals of Zaloora.
 Editor in chief KNS, Muhammad Aslam who was chief guest on the final gave away cash awards and volleyball kits among the winner and runner up team players. He urged the youth to concentrate on sports besides studies to contribute in building a healthy society.
