Amry’s Intra District Football Tourney commences in Bandipora

Bandipora, Sep 27: Army’s 14 Rashtriya Rifles today kick started an Intra District Football Tournament here in North Kashmir’s Bandipora District.
The Tournament is being organized by 14 Rashtriya Rifles under the patronage of Headquarters 81st Mount Birgade in coordination with State Sports Council Kashmir.
Around 10 teams from district Bandipora have registered for which matches will be played over a stretch of September 26 to October 3 at Sports Stadium Bandipora.
An inauguration ceremony was held at Sports Stadium Bandipora on Monday when the commanding officer 14 Rashtriya Rifles Colonel Vinod Singh Negi inaugurated the event in presence of the Superintendent of Police Bandipora Bashir Ahmed Khan.
