Dog menace

 This refers to the articles and reports published on the increasing problem of dog menace in the valley. The problem is more alarming in the Srinagar city. It’s pathetic to note that despite so much of hue and cry, nothing substantial is being done to save human population from canines. How many more innocent boys do we have to lose before authorities will really wake up to set the things right.
