K-movement passing through important phase: JKLF (R)
Srinagar, Sep 29: Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (R) vice-chairman, Javid Ahmad Mir on Thursday said the freedom movement of Kashmir was passing through an important phase while ‘New Delhi was least interested about the security of subcontinent’.
Addressing a condolence meeting on the Rasm-e-Chaharum of a senior pro-freedom leader, Abdul Ahad alias Political, at his ancestral locality of Zaina Kadal here, Javid Mir described the deceased a sincere pro-freedom leader who during last 50-years endured a number of trials and tribulations.
Mir alleged that New Delhi was pushing the subcontinent on the verge of destruction.
Warning New Delhi against hanging of Afzal Guru, the Front senior vice-chairman said, “It will be the repeat of blunder which it (New Delhi did by sending Shaheed Maqbool Bhat to gallows.”
