Islamabad (Anantnag), Apr 9: As a part of its program of providing all round development to the satellite campuses of the Valley,  Vice- Chancellor University of Kashmir Prof Talat Ahmad on Monday laid the foundation stone of central library cum auditorium at south Campus Fatehgarh here in south Kashmir.
Terming library and an auditorium as primary organs of any educational institution, the  Vice-Chancellor, who was chief guest on the occasion, said, “These are the two important things in today’s world in any educational institution.
