2 killed, 7 injured in Rajouri mishap
Rajouri, Apr 2: Two persons were killed and seven others injured when a vehicle skidded off the road and fell into a gorge here on Thursday morning.
The incident took place when a tempo traveller on way to Rajouri from Badaal, skidded off the road and fell down into the gorge at Danna, this morning.
Police said that nine persons received injuries in the mishap and were shifted to District Hospital Rajouri.
However, two critically injured passengers succumbed to their injuries, while being shifted to Government Medical College and Hospitals Jammu. The deceased have been identified as Maqsood Hussain and Muhammad Sharief of Danna village.
