Hashim case

This refers to the news "conduct fresh probe in Chattissingh Pora massacre". In this news some Sikh delegation met with Indian Home Minister in Jammu. They had mentioned about me to the Home Minister that "if Hashim Qureshi who had hijacked an Indian Airlines on January 30 1971 can be given amnesty, then why not these five Sikh Youth". According to this news I want to mention that Indian Govt. Never gave me amnesty. I'm still facing the case of hijacking under FIR no 15 January 30 1971, under the act of 3 enemy agent ordinance and under Section 365, 120b, 435 and 392. This case is against the international law and the violation of Article 14 and 21 of the constitution of India. Article 20 (2) of the constitution of India adopts the principle of double jeopardy, the principle is attracted when the accused has been one prosecuted two punished and three for the same offense. Even I have spent almost 10 years In Pakistani Jails for hijacking, arms and ammunition and keeping the passengers as hostages but Indian Govt didn't apply  double jeopardy on my case whereas in 2000 feb 20 Mr Satnam Singh And Gajinder Singh hijackers of flight no IC 4223 were released by the additional chief metropolitan magistrate namely Sangeeta Dhingra Saigal. She had dismissed the case against them as the had already spent 13 years in Pakistani Jails. She wrote that "it was a common law that no one could be punished twice for the same offense".
Please remember that i'm granted bail on Medical basis and even I cant fly abroad without the permission of special session court.
