Involvement of Kashmiris in talks must: JKSM
Srinagar, Apr 13: The chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Salvation Movement (JKSM) Zafar Akbar Bhat on Friday said inclusion of Kashmiris in dialogue process between Pakistan and India on Kashmir was imperative for its success.
Addressing a public gathering at Jamia Masjid, Naqishbandi, Bemina, here today, Zaffar appealed to the international community to play their role in resolving the Kashmir dispute in accordance with aspirations of Kashmiris.
“New Delhi should create conducive atmosphere for meaningful and result oriented talks on Kashmir issue. Permanent peace in South Asia is impossible without the settlement of the long-pending dispute over Kashmir,” he said.
Zafar demanded complete withdrawal of troops from Kashmir and immediate release of all liberation leaders and activists including JKSM incarcerated leader Sabzar Ahmad Dar.
