Azad to visit JK today
Jammu, Apr 16: Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare Ghulam Nabi Azad is scheduled to visit Jammu and Kashmir on a two day visit from April 17.
Officials said Azad will participate in a function to mark the death anniversary of former Union Minister of State for Home, Maqbool Dar in Islamabad (Anantnag).
Azad is also scheduled to address a public meeting at Phinter in Billawar tehsil of Kathua on April 18. The meeting has been organized by Minister of State for Cooperative Dr Manohar Lal Sharma and MLA Billawar. Deputy Chief Minister, Tara Chand and other cabinet ministers also scheduled to address the rally.
Azad will also address a meeting of Backward Classes Union at Sidhra Byepass on April 18.
