SSP inaugurates Open Kashmir Badminton C'ship
Srinagar, Apr 16: The Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) City, Syed Ashiq Hussain Bukhari on Monday inaugurated 19th Open Kashmir Badminton Championship at Indoor sports complex Srinagar here.
In the event around 235 participants in both boys and girls section are participating in 21 events, raging from Under-10 category to senior age groups.
Among others present on the occasion were SP Hazratbal Abdul Waheed, S P North Showkat Hussain, Divisional Sports Officer Kashmir J&K Sports Council, Haji Ab Qayoom.
The event is being organised by J&K Badminton Association (Kashmir Wing) under the banner of J&K State Sports Council.
