Polythene ban

This refers to the failure of the government authorities to control the use of polythene. This hazardous waste is still used by most of the shopkeepers in the city. The officials of the various government organs have failed to provide sufficient supervision of the dumping of waste. The polythene waste continues to be poorly dumped. The concerned authorities should look into the matter.
