Green Flag Sopore enter Semis

Srinagar, Apr 19: In the ongoing Challenger 7-A-Side Football Tournament organised by Baba Raza football Club Sopore, two matches were played on Thursday.
In first match, Eidgah Sopore beat Muslim Sports Sopore by 6-5 goals. In 1st half of the match Muslim Sopore played attacking football and dominated over Eidgah Sopore and scored 1 goal. In 2nd half of the match both teams played attacking football and dominated over each other. Eidgah scored 1 goal. Then match came in tie-breaker in which Eidgah Sopore scored 6 goals while Muslim Sopore scored 5 goals. Final score Eidgah Sopore 6 goals while Muslim Sopore 5 goals. While in second match (i,e 1st Quarter Final) Green Flag Sopore beat Crescent Sopore by 4-2 goals. In first half both the teams played attacking football and dominate over each other but both the teams remain goal less. In second half both the teams played skillful and scintillating football and dominate over each other and also won the hearts of their spectators but both the teams remain goal less. Then match came in tie-breaker in which Green Flag score 4 goals while Crescent score 2 goals. Green Flag Sopore beat Crescent Sopore by 4-2 goals.
The tournament is being played under the aegis of Jammu & Kashmir Football Association.
