DAWA holds meeting
Srinagar, Apr 20: Drama Artists Welfare Association (DAWA), at a meeting on Thursday with Muhammad Usman in chair, discussed various matters including restarting of drama serials and dramas in Doordarshan Srinagar.
The members on the occasion said the Doordarshan Srinagar should start Drama Serials and Dramas to fulfill the artists’ long pending demand. It was also demanded that the recognized drama artists should be provided an opportunity to work in these drama.
Mehraj-ud-din Wani, Farooq Sheikh, Rajinder Tiku, Farooq Aafaaq, Mushtaq Ahmad Neka, Dildar Ashraf Shah, Manzoor Ahmad Malik, Masood Muntazir, Umar Shamim, Sheikh Muhammad Hanif, Sameer Dar, Ashraf Razgeeri, Shafi Khan and Rattan Chikoo were also present in the meeting.
