 Within hours of painting the fence on the Central Verge at Poloview, it was removed because the administration woke up to realize that the base portion has to be elevated in concrete.
 And because of this, the freshly painted wet fences were removed to raise the plinth. But in this process, the color, obviously public money went waste.
 A tourist from New Delhi walking down the heritage marketplace was shocked to see “what kind of development was taking place?”
 “Is this how work is executed in this City? As about New Delhi every work is executed perfectly,” said Ramesh Kumar while coming out of a shop
