RTI Act
Right to Information is a guaranteed right under constitution. But we need to use the Act properly for smooth functioning of Information Commission and other departments. Nowadays it has become a matter of routine for individuals to submit RTI application for anything. The act should not be used in an unnecessary manner. While using the right one should consider the significance and implication of the act.
